Indigestion

I'm almost 7 weeks with my 4th and I have the worst indigestion than any of my other pregnancies. Tums don't seem to help, do any of you ladies have ideas for me or do you think it's best that I call my doc?  Thanks for your help and thoughts.

Thanks I think I'll try that.  I don't think it's helping that I also have a stomach bug and this all rolled into one.

I have bad acid reflux this pregnancy and was told tums can make it worse and if it's really bad milk won't work. The only time I take tums or milk is if I have slight indigestion or heartburn, but if it's bad, it will keep producing acid in your body and make you feel worse. Someone told me that eating pineapple and even grapefruit can somehow balance the acid in your body (doesn't work for everyone, but it's worth a try) Also, try papaya extract and get a good probiotic to take everyday. This will help balance out your body and won't hurt the baby in any way. I hope you get some relief soon.
