I was scheuled to be induced with my first due to preeclampsia but went into labour a week before. I was given picotin after my labour started so my cobtraxtions wouldnt slow down. Its the same thing they give u to induce labour. I started my labour in 2nd stage as i was already 4cm ddialated b4 labour started. Once they gave me the picotin it made my cobtractions 10x srronger and faater. I wasnt even getting a break inbetween they were just one after another but it made my labour really quick. Wasnt a pleasant experience but i would do it again this pregnancy if it meant quick labour.
This is my first pregnancy so idk, but id love to hear some stories. bump
I was induced with my son nd had him natural..to me it wasn't painful but then again I have a high pain tolerance..idk how labor feels cuz he was my first nd now prego wit twins..good luck sweetie
Most people I know had the epidural when they got induced cuz it was overwhelming. I haven't had an epidural before so I just know the birth was smoother than my first but the actual labor was harder than hell
I was induced with my first and felt like it was much easier then going into labor alone. Although I haven't went into labor on my own it just looks very painful!
I had one natural labor.and 4 induced. Induced is much harder but its labor so it isn't meant to be easy. Lol.
I posted something like this yesterday - I as well, may have to be induced so I'm really eager to know...
Hope more people respond to this post =)
BUMP.
I had both and yep induction is much harder and faster
I'm being induced on the 2nd . And I've read up on just about everything amd asked every question possible . Being induced it varoes cause everyone pain tolerance is different but I've seen and heard of it hurting more then going natural because your forcing your body and baby to make progress fairly quick so yes more painful . But I will bump this just so people can tell you their experience I'm curious to since ill be induced .
