question ???

Is it normal to experience less movement of the baby I'll be 36 weeks on wensday ?? I'm also a ftm so I'm curious

You know your baby's movement patterns by now if you feel that anything is drastically different get checked out by a doctor

Way normal. At this point you have a basically 2ft long human being crammed in your belly. Theres no room to move. Lol. As long as the movements are strong and consistent with when they were active before when they do move then theres no worries.

You should always let your Dr know about decreased movement, but yes it's normal because they will start to sleep much more and have less room to move. Rule of thumb is ten times an hour, but it's normal to not feel much for periods of 2-3 hours (sleeping). You'll sort of get to know their schedule. If you haven't felt anything for a couple hours, try drinking something cold and sugary. Ice pops work great for me. If you still feel nothing, let your Dr know and they may want to monitor you to be safe.
