Is it safe to go on a float trip 7 1/2 month pregnant?

Hello I am currently 18 months pregnant and every year we go on a family float trip with close family and friends. Although we don't plan on going until July we r making plans now. I will b n a raft which those don't tip very easy. I just scared I will get hurt. My son who is 5 will b super upset if everybody goes and he gets left out. I'm not sure what to do? Any advice will be greatly appreciated? Thanks

In my opinion I wouldn't risk it. You can talk to your dr but accidents do happen

I would be worried about rocks and stuff like that if you fell out for any reason. My mom didn't know she was pregnant with me until she was about 6 months and she went horse back riding, jumped off a bridge, canoeing, and got drunk twice and I'm perfectly fine just a little ADD lol but I wouldn't want to risk it just in case because you never know what could happen. Maybe your son could go with one of the friends or family members.
