HELP!!

Ok so I've been Constipated for the past few days, so I started drinking prune juice yesterday.  It did help me go, but then my stomach started making weird noises like a drum set, and then the pains started I'm getting pain in my upper middle stomach and lower right side. I feel like I have to use the restroom,  but every time I go to the bathroom I just far a little. Is this just bad constipation mixed with horrible gas pain?  Is this normal during early pregnancy?  I found that laying in bed on my right side helps with the pain but not all the weird noises and pounding coming from my stomach

A high fiber diet or stool softener pills will help :)

Awww I'm sorry girl! It's totally normal though. It s-ucks big time! It's embarrassing at the hospital..I went with my first pregnancy and got soooo embarrassed. So thus time i knew to stay home lol. I tried a good diet, juices, etc, and it didn't really change anything. It comes and goes when it wants to. Sometimes women get Irritable bowel syndrome just while they're pregnant. That could be it too, and there's meds that you can take safely. =)

Me too.. 5 minutes ago I was about to call an ambulance! It's pain is calming Down a little bit now but ugh:( it's horrible.. it had me so scared.   Oh and I'm 6 and a half weeks with my first:)

Everything is getting pushed around in there so it's normal for things to get stopped up, gassy, etc. Sometimes my gas pains would get so intense I almost went to the ER. You could try some gasx, stool softeners, warm water, and other stuff to help. I know how bad that s-ucks though. I hope you get some relief soon! =) oh and I'm 34 weeks with my second lol
