how long?

I just got my membranes swept and I am "a good 2cm dilated" and I'm "basically sitting on the babies head" because I'm so thinned out :D she told me I am going to have my daughter very soon! How long does getting your membranes swept usually take to have an effect on labor? She told me she could possibly come tonight!

My mom got her done but it still took 2 weeks for my sister to come.

I was told 24 hours. Im 40 weeks today and i will get mine swept tomorrow! I hope to hear your labor story soon!
