34 weeks dont want bf in l&d

He is a porn addict, verbally abusive, inattentive, selfish, and I just found out hes been online looking for someone to cheat on me with. I am thinking of breaking it off. I really don't want to go through labor and birth with him at my side he has betrayed me and ruined my life. Is it my right to deny him access to the room? Would it be wrong of me? What would you do?

It wouldn't be wrong to keep him out of your room, but I think it would be wrong if you didn't let him see the baby at all. When you're in labor and delivery that's your time, and you should only have people there that make you feel comfortable. No one can blame you for that.

Its not only your daughter its his baby too but its really up to u.. if he stresses u out n will make the experience if giving birth more difficult then just keep him out of it but dont deprive him of his right to see his baby just cause he did you wrong. you dont have to be with him but dont take his baby away from him just because of issues u have with him. you can make it really REALLY hard for him but dont keep him from seein her i dont think thats fair to him or the baby. just my opinon good luck in whatever you decide!

when they told me C-section I automatically looked for mom and dad, my fiancé understands I was so freaked out and wanted one of them so I felt secure.. even though im 19 I still feel like I need there support. But now that I switched doctors they said I can naturally so my mom and fiancé will be there :) but girl its your choice(my fiancé didn't do anything wrong for me to choose my mama, and he was still ok with it) don't let anyone tell you that your wrong for not wanting him there if he makes you uncomfortable and did you wrong I wouldn't sweat it, tell him you don't want him there cause of how he is(and I understand if he's stuck in his ways but it doesn't mean you have to approve of it :)) I would leave if he treats you bad

No!!!
My ex was the same.way! I dont regret nothing! Its also not spiteful at all! Keep the memory of her birth drama free and stress free! Yeah karma's a b.itch but karma didnt bite me in the a.ss it bit him! Girl do what you think is best!
screw what other people think! If he cant treat you right he doesnt deserve to be around your baby!

It's so hectic right now this is a big desicion I just don't want the birth of my baby marred by his presence. He has hurt me so bad that I don't want him in my Memory of my daughters birth.

I would deff be getting out of that relationship before bub is here, also if you don't want him in there when you have bub it's your right to say no. Do you have other people who could be there to support you during birth? It's daunting to go through labour and the birth of your baby by yourself and the extra support will help. Good luck

Yeah. If you don't want him there, you don't need him there. Just added stress on your part. He sounds like an ***.

Its wrong and although he did you wrong you don't have to be spiteful and not let him in the room to see his child born. Trust me karma is a b.i.t.c.h and he'll get what he deserves. You can be better than that and be the bigger person. the choice is yours Good Luck
