Im 37w2d and my boobs have started hurting way worse than they have been :( they are sore without anything even touching them? Is this a possible labor sign or a good sign for milk?
I haven't ever heard of it as a labor sign but it could be milk glands getting ready. I remember mine being sore in the end with my first.
