Jumping jacks/star jumps
Any one tried pr heard of jumping jacks/ star jumps to induce labour? I'm all out of ideas I've got rasberry leaf tea had sex went for a walk eaten spocy foof and bounced on a fit ball only been doing these things for a couple of days but just wondering what you've tried or what has worked for you?
I dont know if thats safe, thats alot of jumping and shaking for your baby. I would stick to squats and walking up/down stairs.
