rasberry leaf tea
Im 19weeks and wondering if its to early to start drinking the tea next week? like 3cups a weeks and then add more the futher along I am.

No please don't i didnt know it caused contractions and ended up in l&d Mon eve at 30 weeks with contractions. I haven't and won't be drinking it again until around 37 weeks. I know It won't be same for everyone but 1 weeks of drinking it nearly cost me 10 weeks of pregnancy. :)
That's way too early if you ask me. I just started drinking one cup a day a week ago but im 35 weeks 1 day.
