blood pressure
so i can feel my heartbeating really hard throughout my entire upper body even when im relaxed does this mean i might have high blood pressure?
Not necessarily could just be the increased amount of blood flow during pregnancy. By the end you have up to 50% more blood than you did before in your body so it's working extra hard. I had this and my blood pressure was low during my pregnancy with my son. I would double check with your doctor though just incase =)
