Im on baby 3 and have always done my kegels. Ive never peed myself and it helps with tightening back up down there. ;)
I do kegals every day and I still feel like I'm constantly leaking :(
Yes they help a lot! I peed on myself all the time in my second trimester but after doing those, I haven't at all. And that's with my baby being 7 pounds and me being 36 weeks pregnant.
