Im really nervous for my first ultra sound I hope my fiance goes with me its my first baby and I dont want anything bad to happen to him/her :(

howany Weeks do u have to be to get ur first ultrasound

I got mind at 12 Weeks. I know some that went sooner  they also had a vaginal ultrasound don't remember the specific name for it but its done because your baby is too little. But at 12 Weeks they dont you'll be suprised I didnt think my baby was going to looks so developed at only 12Weeks it was amazing. Be prepared to cry with joy

I had my first ultrasound at 8wks, it was a transvaginal ultrasound. It really depends on when you find out your pregnant on when youll have your first ultrasound.

Mine will be at 8 Weeks then at 12

My first U/S is tomorrow, I'll be 6w4d and I'm nervous too! I don't think DH can go with me either! :(

I got my first at 5 weeks, but they had to repeat it at 6 weeks because they couldn't see anything but the gestational sac. Ultrasounds are fun though, enjoy. :)

I got mine at 6 weeks (think I was 8 wks), it was a transvaginal scan too. I'm glad because the doctor is the one checking me so she tell me there's a heartbeat right away. I remember holding my breath the whole time and the doctor pity on me and tool me there a heartbeat as soon as she located. I must have been turning blue from lack of oxygen, haha.
BTW, Sometime if you got it done with a U/S tech and the doctor is not at the same location they might not tell you anything. (Never thought of that went I pick my OB but I got lucky that my doctor, U/S tech and blood work can be done in the same office.)
Anyway, my lil bean was jumping around at my 8wks scan. You will be surprise at what you can see on such tiny dot. :)

My second is Wednesday and I am just as nervous about this one as I was the last one I had.  I had my first at 9 wereks.  Will be 20 weeks tomorrow and we are getting the gender anatomy scan Wednesday. I am nervous the baby is going to be too small or there will be something wrong with the baby.  Or we won't beable to see the sex of the child. But I have faith it will all be OK.
