Am I safe?
Okay, I had sex last on July 27th and took my last active pill on the 28th.. And I've been on sugar pills for 4 days (I'm on a Loestrin 24 pack)... But the problem is I had a little trouble getting a refill on my pills.. I won't have anymore unprotected sex until I know I'm safe again.. But I have a few question: Since I had sex a day before my last active pill.. I should be safe from pregnancy, right? Like all the semen should be dead before I ovulate again?
Yes you SHOULD be safe. However, there is always a SMALL chance that you could ovulate sooner than normal. It's not likely, but still apossibility. But I would say that so longas you don't engage in sexual activity until you get your pills refilled you should be ok.
Yes you should be for the last time you had sex. You will not ovulate again for over 2 weeks so the sperm will be dead but you are not protected from now on until you have been on your new pill for at least a week.
