Has anyone had a very short labor and how long was it for.  Is 30 minutes odd to anyone cause I was only in labor for 30 minutes with my son and I thought that it was weird.

My first was 4 hours my second was almost 31 hours (I had scar tissue due to leep procedure and they couldn't get it to break so I would dialate) 3rd was an induction and I gave birth within 3 hours after breaking my water.

Y'all are braver than me!! I take the medicine that they will give me! I have a really high pain tolerance but those contractions are the worse!!

I had my son natural without medication or anything and that was rough though.  I was so happy to see him that I cried.

2 days early labor...18 active labor. Count your blessings!

Yes with my 3rd when I got to the hospital I was 9cm had her in triage we got there at 950 I had her at 1021

All my labors where very short. Funny part i remember how long all of them where. My first was 45 mins. 2nd was 1/2 hour and so was my 3 & 4th. This one is going to b a c-section...ugh!!! Not looking forward to that at all.

My brother took 45 mins. I was about 4-5 hrs. Not sure about my sister. So yea, some ppl go fast!

I only pushed for 30 minutes and my daughter was out, so you are lucky of say! :)

U one of the lucky ones :) my sisters labor lasts about an hour lol... as for me 18 hours of labor then a c section :'(

Took me 7 hours with my first. Only had pethadine and gas and im a tiny girl.. He had pooed in my tummy so had to get him out plus umbilicol cord was around his neck. I was 25. This time im 30yrs old and just as terrified and hoping its as quick as my first.

Really? I went in to be induced and the nurse checked me and I was 8 cm and then it just broke on its own. I'm having a boy this time and I think he is going to be hardheaded. Lol. I got admitted to the hospital earlier for "dehydration" but came home. :( I really don't want to go another month, I'm miserable!

Same here.  The Doctor told me that my water broke 2 days before but I didn't notice anything.

My youngest I was in labor for 45 mins. From 11:46 to 12:31, and I didn't push one time. ;)
