It's not sciatica or RLS but I will try to do the message thanks ladies
I am 33wks pregnant and have had restless legs throughout most of my pregnancy. It's so annoying. Especially when you already wake up to Pete 6 times a night. Unfortunately there really isn't a way to "fix" it but there are ways to help it. A warm bath about an hour before bed helps. Don't do it right before because you'll get too hot. Having a fan blow on you with your legs out of the covers helps them stay relaxed. Also stretching before bed. The biggest thing that has helped, I know this may sound weird, but orgasm helps tons. I know it may get a little more difficult the more pregnant you get, but ot works wonders. Hope that helps.
I have pains in my hips and the doc said it could be sciatica. It is probably that with u the baby may be on ur sciatic nerve.
My ankles have been killing me at night! I think because we are on out feet a lot during the day, at night our legs/feet take time to recoop. I usually have someone massage my legs at night and it relieves the cramps/pain a little.
The cramping Parr could be low potassium level. Try eating a banana. The rest I'm clueless about. Had my arms fall asleep but think its cuz I took my matress pad off the bed for being too soft. Hopefully someone will have an answer for ya. Good luck!
