MOVING FURNITURE?

Hey ladies im 7 months (29 wks ) and im cleaning out my room so i can make my bedroom a nursey. Nobodys home right now so i took it upon myself to move a bookcase and a moveable closet out so make it more spacious. Now i was being extremely careful and im not in pain but out of breath and im taking breaks here and there but im wondering if that much pushing will cause strain on baby now remind you no heavy lifting just pushing and they were kinda heavy. What do you think i should be ok right? Please what are your opinions on us pregos moving things around that weight obviously more than 10 pounds would you do it or have someone else do it or help you? Im just so anxious to set up for baby i keep forgetting my body isnt used to not being able to do alot.

Thanks

I moved my room around by myself also. You'll be fine. You can tell when its too much strain. Now at 36 weeks I probably couldn't do it again.

I'm 35 weeks will be 36 tomorrow and two weeks ago my bd cheated and I left. I packed my crap up all by myself. Lifting heavy boxes down stairs in the heat. I know I shouldn't have but I had no extra help and it had to be done. With that being said, I did all of that and my baby is perfectly fine. So I'm sure you're fine too don't worry so much. Oh, and idk if you knew but you can actually lift up to 20 lbs not 10 .. So you're fine :)

For the safety of the baby I always wait for my  husband to move heavy things. Since you said you feel fine I don't think you should be worried at all just make sure to rest a bit.
