lower pelvic pains

im only 4 weeks pregnant, have considerable loss in appetite and am experiencing pains, sometimes sharp, sometimes dull, in my pelvic/bladder area. ive been tested for a urinary tract infection, what else could be causing these pains???

these feeling are your ligaments and muscles changing and adapting for the next 9 months. Pains are notmal. If they are too unbearable or if there is any blood, contact your doctor. if you need any more advice post again, there are so many ladies on this site to help whatever your situation. good luck and congratulations x

Its normal to get those 'im about to start my period pains.' As long as you dont bleed then I dont think you should worry! CONGRADULATIONS btw!

Hi, well I had all that when I was 4 weeks pregnant, at first I thought I might have a urinary tract infection. Do you feel like your tummy is slightly burning and  your urinating quite frequently?. I had cramps like crazy, with some sharp twinges. So I think it might be just normal.
