Does the clinic have a right to restrict my childs father from being in the room during the sonogram of our child? ???

Unless he verbally abused staff.... i dont see why not. Im allowed one person they never asked him to leave

I live in california , they always let me babys dad in every appointment .

Technically your the patient, not him, and they are providing a medical service to you. However, where I am they always allow at least one person in with you.
