I'm wondering if you ask for the mask during labor does it help numb the pain a lot, or can you still feel most of your contractions?
Nitrous oxide! I didn't have it but I was still in some pretty uncomfortable pain with an epidural! I think it's whatever you can handle, it would definitely probably help take off some of the edge and anxiety!!! It depends on how high they crank it too, lol. I got just regular oxygen when I was pushing ontop of my epidural and it helped me breathe!
Sry I don't know what it's called, but you put it over your mouth and nose and breath it in...
Mask? Curious to knowing what that is if you don't mind lol. Sorry I'm no help :/
