I don't crave the big mac but I craved the mcnuggets, one sandwich won't hurt you or the baby, I think you will be ok to eat one and then you will hopefully get the craving out of your system.

Yum.  You should give in to your cravings,  it won't hurt you or baby to break the diet a few times. Or buy one and spilt it,  don't eat it all

A big Mac won't hurt the baby. I go to taco bell and get the cheesy nachos just about everyday. It's been my craving since I was 8 weeks and everything is fine with my baby
