Migraine and pregnant

I know Tylenol is about the only thing a pregnant woman can take. But  going on day 2 of a debilitating migraine... My doctor okayed migraine execdrine but it's not helping.  I'm about tI call back but I was wondering if and what anyone
Has been able to take besides Tylenol and M/e for migraine while pregnant because sometimes he will  ask what  helps before giving me the okay. Tha

you can try a peppermints or getting some essential oils and burning them in an incense burner. or even just sniff it. put it about a foot, or 20 cm from your nose, its quite strong. usually a mint works too. like those after dinner mints you can get.
sorry it took so long to answer. hope you got some relief.
oh, you can even go to a herbalist or essential oil seller and see what they have for headaches. they sometimes have a blend that you can apply to the affected area.i know it sounds weird but it works (we did the rub ons before we realized just the peppermint works)

My sister suggested tiger balm but I'm not sure if that's for minor headaches.

hey,
have you tried peppermint yet? my family loves it so much that we use it all the time for headaches. i started using it when i was pregnant year ago
