Military

my husband just left for army basic training last Monday, so he's still in reception. But my doctor has been running tests because he thinks i may have preeclampsia because my blood pressure has been insanely high lately. If I get induced and have the baby before I know what unit and his mailing address and all that good stuff, how would I get ahold of him? Or someone who could tell him? I think he deserves to know when his son is being born.

I think you called red cross or his base. I don't remember, I have to reread all of the information they gave me when my husband went in for basic training.

You should be able to contact the red cross. They would be able to find him. Its been a while though So I don't really remember. I think that's how its done though. You'd just need his name and what fort he went to. I think. Good luck.

You can call the red cross they would know. It doesn't take them very long to get their mailing address. I was there for less than a day and was able to call home and tell my family my address.
