Yep you can get pretty sore form doing nothin lol... the increased blood flow, plus growing belly really benfits from light exercise and will make you feel a lot better when done regularly.... increasing circulation does a lot for your joints and exercise in general is good for your brain(helps with "baby brain") and overall mood :) lol cause those crazy hormones can do a number on us!

I feel for those on bed rest as its really hard on the joints to have pressure on them for too long.... hang in there, before ya know it, it will be a distant memory that youll be able to share your experience with someone else... and it will be worth it! take care!
I'm worried abiut this as well since I have just been put on bed rest. I know if I lay in one position overnight I wake up very sore in my hips, legs & back.
