Laura and Grose~ THanks for your words of kindness. We actually find out on Monday if TJ has his surgery in the next couple weeks.... I'm hoping it all goes well for him. :) He's eating and growing right now. :)
That was touching...
Soo sad, though. I don't know much about Edward's syndrome (trisome 18), but I always thought it wasn't condusive for life at all, so the fact that baby Eliot lived 99 days is a miracle. The parents must be soo strong.
And YOU are strong too!! TJ is doing so well and I always look forward to your updates! You guys will be just fine!! ; )
Oh my! What a touching video. I cried and then I was bawling. Those parents have a strong faith in God and Im sure thats what gets them through this. I am going for a First Trimester Screening in Nov. b/c Im 38, and have had 3 recurrent MC's. I have to say, Id love to have a healthy child, but I will gladly take what the Lord gives me. If I get a child w. disablilities, I look at it like God trusts me enough to care for that very special child! Im glad your son is doing well! He is absolutely gorgeous! BTW, I just love Godtube! Take care and thanks for sharing that!
Thank you for sharing this video, what a touching story. It was so amazing to see how much Eliot's parents loved him and literally celebrated every day of his life. I can't stop the tears from rolling down my face. I can't even imagine going through this, having a baby that you love so much and are so proud of, having him make such great progress and then all of a sudden he is gone.
I hope and pray that everything goes well for your son.
God Bless
