Lol me too. But it'll feel like a small donut. Google images of what a cervix looks like nd for me it felt jus as it looks.

I'm deff gonna check I just hope ill be able to tell what is my cervix and see if I'm dilated haha I wish I had a personal nurse at home to check when ever I wanted them too!

You'll feel what I like to call a small donut with a small indention. If you're dilated you will be able to barely push thru the small indention if not then you're not dilated. Be gentle cause you dont want to go forcing your finger thru it nd it not be dilated. I would imagine that would 1 hurt like hell nd 2 introduce an infection or worse. Be sure to wash your hands with ANTIBACTERIAL SOAP. Clean your nails nd trim them if necessary. I never knew what my cervix felt like Til now nd when you finally feel it you will no longer question yourself is this it? What's it feel like? Is that what that is? Lol  It took me a few times before I realized what it was I was feeling but now that I know I'm confident in checking myself nd can definitely tell a difference nd the changes going on. Gives me hope in knowing something is going on down there when I feel like I am going to pregnant forever.  Some drs recommend it nd some are strictly against checking you while you're at their office.

How can you check yourself for dilation I've been wanting too.

The nurse practitioner recommended it for me cause I was starting to dilate. She said it would help me. It's not meant to make you go into labor but rather prepare you for the inevitable. You're baby being born. I've taken 2 orally nd she said 2 vaginally. Nd I can definitely tell a difference as she also showed me how to check myself for dilation. Some women aren't comfortable with it but I like knowing what's going on down there. I am very sterile when doing so as well so before I get negative comments I am following exactly what my drs office told me. :) hopefully you will have progress. My appt is tomorrow so we shall see. I was already a fingertip dilated a week or so ago nd by my judgement I fell more than that now so we shall see. I know my cervix is low and soft nd contractions come nd go so idk. Waiting is so frustrating. Lol

No I haven't.. i have a drs apt today so hopefully im dilated and if not ill try that. Hopefully I am ill be so mad haha I want this little munchkin out like yesterday! Lmao

Have you tried the evening primrose oil? It doesn't induce but it helps you soften nd dilate.

I cleaned my floors and entire house and nothing :-( ive been losing my plug slowly for weeks. I found that a hot bath helps after you've been activr all day. Good luck :-)

I hope it was. Lol. I've been up moving since 9 this morning cleaning nd laundry n everything I needed to get done. I guess nesting? Lol. I accomplished everything today plus some. So maybe that's why. I'm having pretty strong contractions right now but i am sure they'll slow down as usual. But hey got to start somewhere right.
