Get on your hands and knees and rock back and forth, and tilt your pelvis up and down...like push your belly down and butt up, then push your butt down and lift your belly with your stomach muscles,,,sometimes that can help baby move, if that doesn't work, try leaning on your elbows with your butt in the air for a minute or two...it will help lift baby's weight off the nerve she's pressing on :).
