Feeling Weird And Nervous

I'm having my 20 week ultrasound next week where they'll do the full anatomy scan of the baby and for some reason I can't stop thinking there could be something wrong. This is my second baby and this pregnancy is totally different then my first. I haven't felt any movement yet and I can't help but think of what could go wrong. I know I'm probably worried for nothing but I can't shake it..anyone else??

Like above, every pregnancy is different. Ask them where the placenta is... That could also affect feeling movement if it's anterior as oppossed to posterior

Every pregnancy is different and some babies are more active than others. My boy was lazy this time my girl is so active I have had two different pregnancies.
