Needing answers :(

Im 8.5 wks pregnant and last night (after i had seen the first scan and all looked ok) i had some bad cramping during the night im talking enough to wake me and they came and went every few mins for about an hr and lasted about 10secs, i then had bad diarrhea (im sorry i cant spell)  in the morning with a few more pains im saying contractons as thats what they felt like, NO BLEEDING, back was very sore too, now id this a misscarage sign, or could it be a number of things:

I went for ultrasound yesturday morning and had to have a very full bladder it was painfully full was horrible could that have upset things alittle?

may i have a gastro type bug and the constipation all week now followed by diarrhea causing pains?

is this a misscarage ive never had this and im scared?

or strong braxton hicks?  (at 8wks im not sure?)

any opinions would be great i was so stressing out last night they have supsided today with only 2-3 this morning and after each one i have to go the the toilet :(    (diarrhea)

Im not bleeding and havent at all,

thanks again girls xx

I think you have to be like 10-12 weeks to hear it clear (at least my dr said 11-12 weeks would be better to do it)

The thing with a m/c is that you can have an u/s and your levels taken and everything looks good and in a split nano second things can turn for the worst.

Just call your dr and tell them whats going on and see what they want to do. I no you dont want to hear this but it is some what true. If you are going to m/c there really is nothing they can do to save the baby this early.

I will b 9weeks 2mrw and ive been having bad cramps to, no bleeding and i was also thinking omg, signs of a m/c. I had a missed m/c june 08 at 10w1d. Im staying prayerful and im not going to stress about it bcuz there is nothing i can do.  Im sorry you are going threw this, I will keep you in my prayers.

I had this happen to me during early stages of my pregnancy. I was told it sounded like signs of miscarriages, and I'm sure they are signs, but it doesn't mean you are going to m/c for sure. I would have the same, and I mean exactly the same, symtpoms as you. I feared every time that it was a miscarriage. However, I am now 21.5 weeks pregnant and all looks well. I would however try to get in to see your dr just for the reassurance. I wish you the best!

It would just be a bug. I'd call the dr just to be on the safe side.

I dont think that is was braxton hicks because you are really early for those. All the symptoms are signs of a miscarriage! With that being said I would call the doctor and request to be seen. Did you have an internal u/s or a external? If it was internal I would not be as concerned! Good Luck and keep us posted!
