Dry, bland foods too. Like saltine crackers! And ginger is supposed to help with nausea. I made these things called nausea pops when I was getting sick, but my morning sickness went away before I could test them out. Here's the link to the recipe if you'd like to try it.. http://sabrinaalery.blogspot.com/2012/03/diy-nausea-pops.html
try oatmeal, and try avoid greasy foood!
and again for me to eat something and keep it down durin lunchtime i had to have fries!! hhaha .
try munching on saltine crackers :)
eat less more frequent meals throughout the day
having three big meals each day makes you even more sick :/
eat light things, like fruits nuts and yogurt and bread!
chew on ice, drink lemon-lime gatorade
peanut butter sandwich always helped me a lil to keep it down and alleviate that ugly nausea feeling in the mornings
never leave your stomach empty cause it will get worse! believe me.
for some reason what also helped me was hot cheetos o.O idk why haha
but that was just me.. hope you feel better soon !:)
Eat small light Cold meals! Like small fruit or nuts! Avoid heavy hot meals. Eat more meals a day! And try not to eat things that have a strong smell!
I try so hard to keep from actually throwing up so majority of the time I end up dry heaving or just gagging. But its a constant all day thing. So bad I have to force myself to eat then end up getting sick mid meal. I just want it to stop and I don't go to thedoctor for 2 more wweeks. I have an ultrasoundon the 24th but tthat's not with the Dr so idk if I can get any medicine for it :/
I'm 5 weeks and everytime I eat something I get so sick but I refuse to throw up. I can barely eat anymore :/ and in the mornings I get really sick. Next time I go to the doctors I'm going to try and get some nausea medicine. If it gets too bad you will definately need to get some medicine soon before you get too sick and end up in the er! Good luck hun and congrats on being pregnant
