Not sure what it could be

My last cycle was 20 Feb,
Ended 26th Feb

On the 1St March started using opk test sticks but that day had a positive
Opk test the test line was darker than the control line   this has happend early for me as it should not been around the 5th March
On the 7th March had some rope of spotting I think that's what it was only when I wiped myself a little amount of pinkish blood

But I'm not due on my cycle untill 19th March,  what could this be it's never happend before 12 days before period due there's no blood now it was a very very small amount when I wiped

Yeah, some can implant fairly quick but normally it takes a bit. Anywhere from 2-7+ days. I felt and saw how the implantation affected my body 2 dpo which made me test early. My v line sucked in out of no where, that's a hard spot to workout...I tested positive a week after ovulation
