Hello all! I have been having this aching pain in my abdomen and tummy? I am 20 weeks 3 days and a little concerned everyone assures me that it my belly growing. Could this be it. I was told i am now at the point that i will begin shooting up in the size of my belly.  Hope im not confusing anyone. I know the baby is okay because he is moving around like crazy. I just drank a little soda and he is hyper. Any advice is appriciated. Thanks!

I have the same achy pain....i think it is because we are growing, we are at the point now that we are probably going to look pregnant instead of just chubby LOL.  I feel like mine is stretching all the time and sometiems it is very uncomfortable and makes me nervous as well....then i either check for a heart beat or try to wake him up so that i can feel him moving

Don't they drive you nuts? I'm 17w3d and I get them sometimes too and they do worry me at times but as soon as I feel my son moving again, I feel a little better. I go to my OB on Friday so when I go, I'll mention it to him and see what he says. Hope you feel better soon. In the mean time, try a warm rag or something over youe belly and see if it helps any. Sometimes it does with me, sometimes it doesn't.
