omg heartburn!!

EVERYTHING and i do mean everything  i eat gives me heartburn and on top of that nothing is helping get rid of it. Any suggestions???

I tried milk and ice cream i grilled chicken with nothing on it and still heartburn

Have you tried drinking milk? Its the only think that helps mine
