Over the counter...

The other day I went to see my doctor and he said I had a yeast infection so he said he was going to prescribed me some medicine and that was the end of are app. He didn't say oh I'm going to give it to you in pill form or nothing && I didn't ask because I had no idea. So when I went to pick up my prescription it was a cream =\ And I asked the pharmacist how && Where would I apply this cream & she said well your doctor didn't give us any instructions soo you would have to call him and ask him as of where you put it at it goes on you Peepe =( So now I have to wait till Monday to call and ask my doctor and I really don't think I can wait that long.
-So my question is, Is there anything i can take over the counter for a Yeast Infection that won't harm my baby?

I just got a cream for a yeast infection, if it comes with a tampon like applicator, it's internal, if not, you just clean your hands and apply to the outside!

Try looking it up on the internet... That may help... And if not over the counter is fine ur prescriptions just might be stronger

No it didn't come with anything neither does it say:(

Just put it on your finger and apply it on the outside... Did it come with some clear insert thingys or does it say "vaginal"? If it says vaginal it can go inside or if it says external then just outside, might say both

True but how would I apply it if I don't know if it goes on the inside or outside.

I'm sure its fine, the doctor wouldn't have wrote it out for u if it would be an issue lol. I've heard u shouldn't take the pill form while pregnant..

Yea the cream that my Doc gave me it says it goes on the out side but I'm kinda scared to used it with out asking lOl.

You can put the cream down there.... Your cream might be the kind that can go on the inside and outside.
