Ovulation Tracker Confusion?
I am confused? i started an ovulation tracker and it says i am on CD 08.... But i thought I was on CD10...???????? based on counting dates
my LMP started November 5th

The tracker is counting the first day of bleeding as the start of my cycle? Is that correct? or should I be counting the spotting as the beginning.?
I am just trying to figure out this tracking my cycle.. I definitely though I shoudl be counting the 5th.. Hmm That would mean my last cycle was 32 days, which then just screws up all my thoughts =(

Could that be related to my tracker having Spotting for 5th and 6th.
I was confused prior if I would count the day I actually started bleeding as CD 1 or the first sign of blood (Nov 5th).
