PELVIC PAIN

37 weeks and 3 days I've been having this pain for a week and I'm still at a 1cm thick any ideas or what can we take for pain. It hurts when I walk, stand up, bend down or even sit down what could it be. Is this a sign of LABOR.!!

I received this a lot when I would stand up or roll over in bed and when walking. It got really bad around 36-37weeks and I got induced at 38 weeks due to high blood pressure. I didn't take anything for pain I kinds just toughed it out and did lots of laying around
