Here's some information from MedHelp.org and the I'm Expecting app about how to prepare your induction — as well as a play by play of what will happen that day. Good luck!

I walked a lot and even did jumping jacks walking through stores. Jump squats help even though it may hurt. But bouncing on a excercise ball could also help

Squats and jump squats!! Walk the stairs that did it for me. But don't tire yourself out too much.
