Paranoid parent

When my daughter gets here in about 2 months I don't want her out of my site I don't want anyone changing her unless its my mom or sister NO BOYS are allowed to change her No one to watch her unless it's my mom or sister I'm not going to be too trusting with anyone with my daughter not even her dad if he was around My baby is my most prized possession and I'm going to do everything I can to keep anyone from hurting her especially as an infant.. NO DAYCARE until she can talk. To many people trust too many people with their kids... I can't!!!

Yeah true I would do my boy the same way if I was having a boy... things I watch on TV don't help much it just makes my way of thinking worse I just will make sure that I let my daughter know don't trust people don't be willing to just go to anyone... I don't even want her taking a piece of candy from a stranger she will no to say no to things

I hear ya, even with my son, im like that too. Even family, unless i know them well enough, i dont let watch my son, and def. dont let them change his diapers. Its not just little girls, there are sickos out there who will prey on childrenbof both gender. Definitely no daycare till kids can talk, and my 16 month old usually only has 4 ppl, who i allow to watch him...my mom, my aunt, hubbys gma and my fil, who apart from my dad is the only male ill allow to watch him...and if this baby is a girl, he prob wont get that priviledge...not that hed do anything innapropriate, EVER, but men besides my hubby dont need to change my daughters diaper, ya ll know what i mean? Id rather be a Crazy Mama Bear, then allow harm to come to my child.

My husband would never change my daughter unless he absolutely had to. He felt so uncomfortable invading her personal space. At times he had no choice. I never felt it a threat to her. But I would never allow any other person not even a family member touch or see my daughters areas. My husband runs her baths on occasion and will dry her up but refuses to wash her up
And I feel that's how it should be. No man should whole heartedly be interested in those aspects. She is now 3 I use all these same precautions with my son boys are more likely to be assaulted then girls keep that in mind.
Little boys should also be protected!

Yes, with you on that one. My daughter is 3. And still don't even like people looking at her at the store, people are weirdos. I've had 2 experiences in public with weird mother *******. I will never forget their faces. I have to tell my daughter sometimes not to act so cute, or whine, because some weird people could interpret it sexually. With girls it's crazy, I don't think that it ever changes either

Hey I'm the same way. With my first I had to leave her with a sitter so I could finish my last 3 months of high school and tried some college but after tht my sister watched her. I wouldn't let my dad or brothers change her or anything. With my second my husband let me quit work to stay at home with her

Plus I have heard so many horror stories about people doing something to babies that I think that it could happen to my child I don't put nothing past a person
