My due date is today and doctor said I'm 1 cin , if baby doesn't come out by Friday there going to pop my water , what can I do to help my bb out and why is he late ?

Its normal dont stress some babies take a lil longer than others my sister was past due 8 days and they had to induce my mom i am 38weeks ftm and my baby doesnt seem to want to come out i she hasnt dropped im not dialated at all and no mucus plug Dr said he will induce me right after my 40weeks you should try sex the guys semen helps also walk alot go up and down stairs i heard pineapple is good to and spicy food over the weekend i walk around the park twice and went up and down my apartments stairs and i started feeling cramping they were pretty strong so hopefully when i go to my dr appt i dialated a bit :) Good luck!!

Try doing alot of squats && stretching && if u have an exercise ball sit on it && stretch,  walk alot && sex will help, stay active.... baby's on it's way!  Good luck!
