have i miscarried

Im on 2nd week of pregnancy I no there's nothing there yet but today I've had lower abdominal pains, bleeding but lightly and a few tiny clots does this mean my pregnancy is over?

Being that your only 2 weeks it may have been a m/c but if it was and things didn't get cleaned out of could be hazardous to your health. Go get checked out whether you feel fine or not.
