Pelvic Floor Exercises

(Kegels) I used to do them a lot before pregnancy, & when I found out I was pregnant I did them more because it was said to help healing after baby is born, but now I feel like when I try to do them, nothing is happening, like the muscles aren't being worked, or they are harder to do. Anyone know why?  I'm 36 weeks

Probably because your baby is head down and putting pressure on the muscles??
