Well you should ask your midwife.. i use to do heavy work outs before pregnancy.. but since i got pregnant well nothing ... as i cant really stand for too long and my doctor recommended one step at a time due to previous miscarriage.. but try watching some youtube videos they got really good work outs..
Can I start doing it even thoe I never done it before. Can you recommend a good dvd?? Would be greatful.
I do yoga...have been for about 10 years. And LOVE it ....started wen i was 11 with my mom. It is so relaxing and is one of the things recommended to do during pregnancy
