39 weeks 5cm 80% effaced and was sent back home!

So I've been dilated 3-4cm for the past 2 weeks. Today I'm in pain. My back, sides, and butt hurt like hell to the point where I'm tired of trying to manage the pain. So I went to the hospital to get monitored and they told me that my contractions weren't "strong enough" for them to admit me. They sent me back home and I'm still in pain... What am I supposed to do?

I'm just going to continue walking and bouncing on my yoga ball. My due date is on the 9th so hopefully she'll be ready to come out by then. Im not in any pain except for my back, sides, and butt hurt randomly.

I took the castle oil last night... 3 teaspoons. I woke up this morning and had a bowel movement but no contractions or pain.

Raspberry leaf tea only works when you have been drinking it for a while. That's why they recommend you start drinking it 2-3 weeks before your due date as it helps prepare the uterus for labor. I'm sorry you're in so much pain hope you meet your little one soon!

When your contractions are 3-5 minutes apart is when you go in, unless your water breaks first.

Hey ladies.. Sorry it took me so long to reply. For some reason I couldn't log back on. Ok I've been bouncing on my yoga ball everyday for 20 mins almost every hour. I haven't tried the raspberry leave tea yet but I did hear that it works well. I was beyond pissed off when I was sent back home and I did feel that they were being lazy. I was told that my contractions weren't close enough being that they were only 10-12 mins apart. I didn't have my Princess yet and my due date is in 6 more days. I walked more today for 30 mins but stopped because my back begin to hurt and the pressure down there is intense. I'm afraid I'll start feeling my contractions too late and won't be able to get an epidural.

If your contractions weren't consistent then they'll send you home.

They'll only induce me if I'm 41 weeks...
