Im 3 months pregnant and ive been told you should sleep on your side but my problem is that i always end up sleeping on my back at some point during the night.so my question is that is it bad to sleep on my back this early on or is it ok to do until im further along?

I tried to go against the grain nd still sleep on my back. After so many months i got so uncomfortable sleeping on my back i had to sleep on my side. The more pillows the better if ur anything like me ur going to need them. I have one main body pillow. 9 different size pillows with different firmness. Sometimes my body pillow makes me hot thats when the various pillows help.

I did. I was told its fine. It cuts off blood flow to your lower body so u might get numb but that hasn't happened to me.

Its not perfectly fine to do so. Talk to your Dr about it. It cuts off blood flow to ur baby. Of u can't get the wrap body pillow just do as tickle says and just roll on your side when I wake up or try sleeping propped up so ur not flat on your back

It is perfectly fine to sleep on your back as long as you can breathe good. I'm 32 weeks and still sleep on my back.
