Hi,
I know I've been trying to find any sign of pregnancy as possible but it's now 4 dpo and I haven't experienced anything. At first I thought inwas cramping but im sure it was ovulation cramps. Myself and my partner were only able to 'try' on day one and day five of my most fertile period... Was that essentially enough for this month? What are my chances? And what should I start feeling and when as a sign of pregnancy? Please help!!! Getting slightly worried I can't conceive :(

4 Dpo there aren't any signs. Honestly even pregnancy symptoms don't show up until after a missed period and anything before then is the same as PMS symptoms so there is no way to tell. If you analyze every sign you will drive yourself crazy and the stress is not at all good for you. You can't obsess over every little sign of symptom. It can take 12 months for a normal healthy couple to get pregnant. You have a 20 percent chance per cycle and it only takes one time of having sex to get pregnant. Good luck!

Have been trying for three months officially because I came off the pill four Months ago and started then but we knew the chances of conceiving the first month were slim seeing as I just stopped taking the pill. So three/ four months. :-/
