Please be adult about this... constipation?

How do you know if you're constipated? Does it make things uncomfortable for the baby? If it's been three days since the last time I went then am I?

Try using benefiber, if the water doesnt help and it  becomes painful. Well advise your doctor as well, buaxt mine said it was fine, and i did reasearch on it. It is not a laxative, it just powder used to add fiber to your diet. You can put a teaspoon in water, juice, shakes, smoothies (it has no flavor and disolves) oryou can use it while cooking.

I get sharp pains in my stomach if I'm constipated,  the best thimg is to eat or drink something that will make you go. Eating cereal like Cheerios will deff make you go.

Its isn't hurting your baby. Your digestion will slow as baby gets bigger so it will be less likely that you will go. If it is uncomfortable you can ask your doctor for some natural remedies. If you drink lots of water it will help your digestive system and hopefully get things going. It is completely normal to not have a regular BM. :)
