is being induced really that bad.. or bad for the baby..  
i would like for my daughter to come when shes ready but then i want to get induced 2 days before my due date (so ill be 39 weeks and 5 days)
.. only because my boyfriend will hace off work for three days then and can actually be there when shes born and stay with us. if i dont get induced that day and she comes on days where he works 5 nights in a row ill be alone and he'll miss his daughter being born..
he can only have one night off for this or he will get fired and its a really good job so i don't want that.. any one have any advice.. i just dont want to sound like im rushing my baby

If it's a good job then they should understand that when his child is born he needs to be there. If they won't accommodate that, they are not good employers and not worth it.

There are mixed reviews on induction. Me personally I was induced with my daughter and loved it. I hope to be induced again. Most drs but not all will induce after 39 weeks. Talk to your Dr about the pros and cons. Good luck!!!

thanks ladies. i think i might so i dont have to go thru labor alone.. everyone is just telling me getting induced will but stress on the baby

No induction its the mothers choice it doesn't matters about the health if there is a health problem due the induction or normal birth a c section will take place

You'll get mixed reviews.
A few days won't negatively affect baby.
You'll be fine.

No being induced just help u to start dilating the bby still comes on its time it doesn't effects the bby and anyway some females that gets induced baby's don't respond to the medicine

I don't think they will induce unless they medically have to?
