what do braxton hicks feel like?

Is it Easy to tell the difference between a baby moving and bh?

I've been having braxton hicks since 17 weeks and for me, sometimes its my whole stomach but sometimes its just the left side or the right or even just the bottom. And its really easy to tell the difference because BH will be uncomfortable and your stomach will look like a mountain and feel hard like a rock lol

With bh it usually starts at the top of your stomache and works its way down. Your tummy should be hard to.the touch. whereas baby movement is usually felt in one main area and bh will be your whole tummy. Often when i get bh i dont feel babe move until after.
