Thats no problem at all.
I wish you all the best for the pregnancy. :-)
Maybe my bladder is over that way.. Who knows.. Lol
I mentioned that to DF yesterday actually.. lol
I notice weird things about my body is how I figured that out lol
Thank you! That was really informative and made me feel better. Sorry you had to go through that though.
I don't have any pain in my shoulder, nor pain in my back and it doesn't hurt to go to the bathroom. I feel normal except that my breasts seem to have gone up a size in swelling and are sore.
Thanks for replying! It really helped!
Hmmmmmm... I wonder if it is from your bladder. Everyone mentions this being more prominent on the right side (including for myself) so I wonder if that is where the bladder is tucked away. I haven't noticed if I have to go to the bathroom when I feel it but I'll try to remember to notice, LOL!
Hi,
Just thought id add a comment, like most ladies have said cramping in early pregnancy is normal i always felt like i was going to start a period.
Now iv also had 2 ectopics one ruptured and the other i had treated with methotrexate.
The first one ruptured i didnt even know i was pregnant id even been to the walk in centre and they did a test apparantly it was negative but i will say i had no pregnancy syptoms at all! I did bleed for about 3 weeks tho that what made me go to a&e. My symptoms were i had like wind in my sholder (aparantly thats a big sign) i found it really really painfull to go to the loo which i thought could have been ibs and was very very light headed. The pain was in my right side and went round and all the way up my back. I also swear i felt it pop! and i had a big lump on my right side near my pubic bone.
Within 2 hrs of hitting the hosp i was in surgery :-( unfortunatly i had to have my whole tube removed.
The second the same again i collapsed in my bathroom on xmas eve but luckily caught it early so was treated with methotrexate.
Now although ectopics can happen to anyone there more likely if youve had previous ectopic, surgery near or around your tubes or already have a baby and have pelvic inflamation.
I really think you really are just experiencing normal symtoms (( trust me the pain crippled me!!)) But then again im no doc, if your really nervous explain to your midwife and they might agree to do you an early scan.
Just relax hun and enjoy it :-D
Its one big circle you worry til u get preg, then you worry when you are, then you worry for the birth then you spend the rest of your life worrying haha a womans best friend is worry! my fella says what i do best is worry and nag lol
I wish you all the best and a healthy 9 months
I've never been told I'm at risk for ectopic and as far as I can remember I don't have any risk factors.... That I can think of....
Thank you ladies.... This may be tmi but I've noticed now that when I need to go to the bathroom I feel the cramping pulling feeling on that side... After I go, it feels better.
So I'm guessing part of that is what's causing the anxiety in me... But sometimes even not feeling the need to go to the bathroom I still have it...
Going to try to relax and enjoy my pregnancy. I'm not in pain and the cramps feel no different than af cramps to me except they don't hurt. So until I am in extreme pain, fainting, or bleeding... I will do my best to calm down:)
I was a worry wart about the same thing when I was around 5 weeks!! I ALWAYS had cramping, sometimes on one side, sometimes on both. I am 19 weeks and still have cramping. Are you at a high risk for this?? Otherwise I would not worry!!! I worry about everything and it never ends up happening, so just enjoy yourself and your pregnancy. Besides, I think that most of the time with an ectopic pregnancy, it is so immense that it practically paralyzes you. And for some reason I also think that the pain usually comes by the 7th week, if I remember correctly, which I probably don't. lol. Anywayyys, I think there is a small chance that your pregnancy is ectopic, especially if you have no risk factors =] Good luck!
I had ectopic in July 2010. I didnt have any pain but lot of dizziness. I could nt walk at all. My Hcg was very low. around 38 @ 4weeks. Also it never went up. We didnt see anything in scan till 6 weeks so at 6 weeks my RE suggested injection. One time When i got up from a chair I could nt stand and could nt sit my husband was holding me I fainted right there. I could move for @least 5 mins.
I hope no one goes thro it. Its one of the worst thing that could happen. However my monday I will be 7 weeks pregnant :)
5n1- thank you! I hope these babies stick too!
I am thinking the pain and pulling you are having near the left side is just round ligaments stretching...It is very common, I had it with all three of mine..
And to both of you, good luck...This is going to be great 2 more medhelp babies, and they are both sticky beans I know it:)
Wow, that worked out weird.
Waiting is the worst of this for me I think. I haven't had a period in January for 2 years and no clue why but it's on time any other month.. So when I took a test randomly and it showed a positive the second the urine hit it, I got excited..... 3rd January in a row without a period and this time it's because I'm pregnant... Lol
Hopefully your little beanie sticks!
I've had two miscarriages so I'm right there with you- you can't help but worry and wonder and my least favorite... WAIT. Ugh! I had one daughter in 2005, miscarriage in 2006, another daughter in 2007, miscarriage in 2008 and ANOTHER daughter in 2009. No miscarriages in 2010 and I'm hoping to break this trend of every other pregnancy ending in pain and sadness. Hoping this little one STICKS!
Thank you! I think I'm 5 days ahead of you in our pregnancies I just have never made it this far. Last pregnancy I found out and miscarriaged within days. I'm a worry wart even though in calm.. Doesn't make sense but it does to me
I'm being a worrywart myself, LOL! But I want to reassure you that with every pregnancy of mine, including this new one, I also get twinges and pulls and sharp twangs (not painful but very noticeable) and sometimes it is on one side. Ectopic pregnancies will get gradually more painful; the pain won't relent.
