With my first pregnancy i got anemic towards the end and they prescribed me Iron Tablets this should do the trick for you!!....if your midwife is already aware of your anemia then she should have put you on iron tablets already if she isnt aware then i would go and see her and let you know so that you can start taking them asap! im not sure how far along you are but if your late in pregnancy and go into labour being anemic can be a nightmare during giving birth as you wont have enough strength to do the job properly, good luck =]

I was slightly anemic when I was pregnant, they just put me on iron pills on top of my regular prenatal vitamins.

Hey I am not anemic with this pregnancy but fatigue is rather normal for any pregnant woman... I would say that you definitely need to get more iron (but make sure you ask your OB GYN before starting anything). Def talking your doctor is probably the best way to go especially if you are having terrible symptoms of anemia. I hope you feel better soon!
